Silken Gold is a warm off-white with a golden sheen in dry powder form. The colour really comes alive when wetted by the oils of a cream eye shadow or lip product, when foiled on the eye, or when added to a liquid or clear soap.

Micas are non-toxic occurring naturally from the minerals muscovite and silicate. Mica if smaller than 20 microns, gives a satiny appearance while large micas provide a sparkly effect. Micas are then coated with various oxides, carmine and titanium dioxide to give a full range of colours. .
